To become an authorized Nestipet agent, please submit your business profile and target markets via our Agent Application. We review applications within 3–5 business days.

Yes, we support dropshipping for DTC brands and smaller retailers. Simply contact us and let you know the dropshipping mode.

To prepare an accurate pet product quote, please email us the following details:

  1. Product specifications: SKU/name, material, dimensions, color options, and any custom features (logos, packaging).

  2. Order quantity: Estimated number of units per SKU.

  3. Target market/port: Destination country and preferred Incoterm (e.g., FOB Xiamen, CIF Los Angeles).

  4. Artwork files: Vector logo files (AI, EPS) and packaging dielines if branding customization is required.

Once we receive these, our sales team will respond within 24 hours with pricing, lead times (samples in 7–10 days; mass production in 25–30 days), payment terms, and shipping estimates.

Our standard MOQ is 50–300 units per model, depends on products. For special promotions, we can accommodate lower MOQs—please inquire for details.

Yes, we offer end-to-end customization: logos (pad‐print, laser‐engrave), color matching, unique patterns, and bespoke packaging (boxes, labels, hang tags).

We use Pantone and RAL systems for precise color matching and can replicate your supplied design files to exact specifications.

We use premium nylon, polyester, silicone, stainless steel, and TPR. We also offer eco-friendly materials (recycled fabrics, biodegradable TPE) upon request.

  • Orders < US$5,000: 100% T/T in advance

  • Orders ≥ US$5,000: 50% T/T deposit and the 50% balance before shipment

A deposit secures material sourcing and production scheduling, ensuring on-time delivery and reserved capacity.

Import duties are levied by your country’s customs authority and are not included in our price. These fees vary by region and must be handled by the importer.

Yes, we provide digital or physical proofs upon request. Proofing cycles take 7–10 days, ensuring you see final designs before production.

We offer flexible international shipping options—sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx) under your chosen Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). Sea freight is most cost-effective for bulk orders, while air and express services speed delivery for sample shipments or urgent stock replenishment. All shipments include full documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill) and real-time tracking for transparency and peace of mind.

Shipping is quoted separately based on your chosen INCOTERMS (FOB Quanzhou, CIF, DDP, etc.). You may specify your preferred freight forwarder.

Yes. You may appoint your own freight forwarder or logistics provider. Our team will coordinate export documentation and hand freight to your nominated agent at our port of dispatch. Working directly with your forwarder ensures you leverage existing logistics contracts, negotiated rates, and preferred transit lanes—while we guarantee timely hand-off and complete paperwork.

Yes. We provide real-time tracking numbers via email and can adjust delivery details when notified before final customs clearance. And the extra cost will be paid by you.
